We collect, process, and use the personal data you provided to us when you booked a tour, to the extent required, for the following purposes:

•  Registration and Execution of the Contract
•  Data that you provide when booking a tour, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mobile phone number, and the information provided depending on the services used.
• Data that is transmitted as part of community discussions, reviews, chats, and correspondence on the website or by email, fax, or postal mail.
•  Other personal data which we ask from you.
• If you voluntarily provide us with additional personal data during the booking process, this will also be used to implement the conditions of use. We will store all personal data collected during registration for as long as the client's reservation is active. 
• Establishing Contact:

If the user shares personal data to establish contact, we will store this data only for as long as it is required for communication, customer contact, and tour planning and implementation. Once we no longer need the personal information for these purposes, it will be deleted right away.

Additionally, we collect anonymous technical data, such as the name of your internet service provider, internet browser and operating system, screen resolution and information about the websites that directed you to us, the number and date of your visits, your average time on our site and which of our websites you visited. This data is stored automatically. The evaluation is done anonymously and exclusively for statistical purposes to continue to improve our web presence for you.

Use of Data for Marketing Purposes / Consent

Based on your declaration of consent, Ulkotours processes, and uses your data when applicable for marketing activities, such as for sending emails with general information or advertising information (newsletters).

You can revoke your declarations of consent with us with future effect at any time. Additionally, if we use your personal information as permissible by law, for example, for marketing activities by mail, you may object to this use.

Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we require them to conform to our privacy policy standards.

Children

We do not knowingly solicit data online from or market to children under the age of 13, nor do we disclose information about children.

We attempt to keep customer information complete and accurate. We collect information directly from our customers and make every effort to maintain the accuracy of that information. Parents and guardians must review and correct all personal information about their children by contacting Ulkotours. Ulkotours customers and parents of minor customers may contact us at any time to review data and make changes.

We reserve the right to change and update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We must collect personal information to be able to arrange Ulkotours trips and excursions. Anyone wishing to delete their data will necessarily cancel their participation on the Ulkotours trip and will be subject to the standard Ulkotours cancellation policies. Contact us to cancel your tour arrangements and delete your information from our system.
